Being from out of the Binghamton area, I called Tom's to order an impressive gift basket for a friend in that area. I heard from sources in Binghamton and online about Tom's. When I called, I told the employee what my friend would like and gave her a price I was willing to pay. She said you will get a fantastic basket for that price. My friend got the basket and called me to thank me and sent me a picture of the basket. I could not believe it! It was 1/2 lb of coffee, some cocoa, a couple of tea bags, a candle and sample lotions in a small basket. I should have been able to get 5 baskets for the price I paid. I called Tom's to say I believe my friend got someone else's basket. They said there was no mistake and would talk to the owner and call back. Never heard from them. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND BE EMBARRASSED WITH TOM'S GIFT BASKETS!

This is a wonderful shop, the best in Binghamton. I have traveled far and wide to many communities around the country and have never seen such a shop in all the cities I visited. Jewelry, pottery - all kinds of hand crafted gifts. Womens clothing and accessories - the very best selection of gourmet coffees and gourmet foods. I love the handmade chocolate truffles too. all in all, you can tel I love this shop!
