Absolutely terrible company. Our RV broke down in NY, and was still covered under warranty. Ford found this company to tow the RV to our trusted dealer, and we were told the company would arrive in 1 1/2 hours. They did not arrive until mulitple hours later. We have tracking on our motor home, and after they picked it up, drove it to Val U's shop, where it sat for over an hour. When we called to ask what was going on (very politely), they lied multiple times, not knowing we were tracking it. Once we stated that we were tracking it's location, and that they should have had it to the shop hours ago, we were cursed out, called names, and lied to some more. We then decided to wait at our dealer until it arrived, hoping it would be in one piece. 7 hours after it was promised (almost 10pm) our RV showed up where we requested. To say the least, the owner was the most disgusting person I've ever done business with. I would HIGHLY WARN ANYONE looking into having them tow your vehicle to STAY AWAY. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
