Provided by YP.comI ordinarily don't write bad reviews, but I'm going to make an exception after two poor experiences. I have had two cars Ziebarted from the dealership, and am required to take them once a year for a free inspection. It has become clear to me that the free inspection is really just an excuse to sell me additional services - which is fine. I get it. You have to make money somehow - but your customer shouldn't leave feeling like they just ran over a puppy or committed some type of crime. On one occasion the sales pitch became a full out argument with your sales associate over why I would not pay several hundred dollars to have you wash my car.
The second incident and primary reason I am writing this review is because yesterday I made arrangements to pick up my car after hours. I knew I could not be back to get it before you closed, and was assured the vehicle would be available for me. When I arrived, the vehicle was no where to be found. This resulted in me not only having to make the 30 minute drive again the next day which is inconvenient, but also not being able to get to work - due to not having a car. I understand people make mistakes and things happen, but the icing on the cake was that when I did arrive to get my car, after explaining over the phone the inconvenience (missing work?) that Ziebart had caused, I didn't even receive a minor apology, or even a "sorry but we really don't care." Thanks Ziebart.

Provided by YPmobileNOTE TO EVERYONE- Ziebart Binghamton - when we purchased out 2007 Ford Expedition xl we took it right to ziebart to have it undercoated with the top of the line service fo used cars, with yearly inspections and touch ups. The touch up was in November. Two months ago we saw our rocker panels deteriorating and now one is rusted right through. I just got off the phone with a manager (Randy) that said yes, when they undercoat it, they do look at the body that they can see and will note any signs of rust. TWICE they went over our whole SUV and SAID NOTHING TO US. In 6 months it went from fine to completely rusted through. They refuse to assume any responsibility or do ANYTHING ABOUT IT. For what we paid for the service, you would think their customer service would be better than that. I will never recommend their service to anyone !!!
