When you purchase a bridesmaids dress for one of your best friends wedding and then get a totally different color of course you kind of panic, but I was sure the company would help us get this right. Boy was I wrong! Not only are they not trying to help us exchange them for the right color since it was their fault in the first place by putting down the wrong style number, but then they accuse the bride at being at fault! We aren’t looking for a discount or our money back! We’ve paid for all these in full and we just want them to do the right thing and get us the color we originally ordered. I would NEVER recommend going to this place, ever! Weddings are a big deal to a lot of women and please don’t take the chance on going to this place and having them make such a major mistake and having them give no effort to help fix their mistakes!

They're great at selling a dress, but if there are any problems after that, they are not at all accomodating. The seamstress had my daughter in tears, blaming her for their error after they ordered the wrong size. Oh, and they pay every bride to leave good reviews on websites. The worst experience I have ever had with a retailer. EVER.
