NEVER rent from here. The buildings are built horribly, there were cracks in the walls and many of our doors would not shut. We were told that our building was "sinking" and they moved everyone out of the first floor of the apartments to "raise" the building back up. Construction workers were working on our building for months, they would come into our apartment unannounced, trash up our nice clean apartment without even cleaning up. The walls are extremely thin. You can hear EVERYTHING that goes on in EVERYONES apartment around you. They have a gate to get into the complex for "security" but 90% of the time it is completely broken. It is beside a sewage plant, which brings a horrible smell into the air every day. The employees are horrible. All they care about is a paycheck, they could care less about the residents. I have NEVER been so happy to get out of an apartment. I would only reccomend this to my worst enemy.
