If you have a choice of TV, Internet and phone service, I would not consider taking Brighthouse. They are far too often losing service and they don't offer any kind of rebate for the lose of service. I unfortunately let them provide my TV, Internet and phone service in a bundle. Everytime the service went out I lost all three services, the TV, phone and internet.

I highly recommend that if you MUST have brighthouse service, choose the TV service only and get your phone and internet services elsewhere so that when brighthouse goes dead on you at least you will still have your phone and internet service available.
