Very poor Paid $50 deposit in June for Nebulizer ,returned early Oct 2016, requested my refund of $50 was told the owner would have to issue ck in 1-2 wks Michael Cobb,after numerous calls I finally got ck 11-1-16 for $39.61 deducted $2.90,$5.05 $1.22 and $1.22 that they said my secondary insurance hadn't pd. Well my insurance paid in about a wk and I have requested the bal of my deposit twice and have not received as of 12-4-16. I consider these people crooks no one should have to be put thru this to get their money. I would not recommend these people to anyone.

BEWARE – DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY – READ ENTIRE REVIEW. This has to be the WORST experience I've ever encountered with customer service in MY LIFE. Crest Medical supplied my 81 year old mother, who is completely disabled - cannot walk, stand, move her limbs, speak, etc. - a hospital bed less than 2 years ago. The bed stopped working this week and they said their warranty was only 12 months. They told me that Medicare will only supply a hospital bed every 5 years, so there was nothing they could do. I had someone else (not from Crest) come out the next day and look at the bed and they saw via the serial number on the bed that the bed was OVER 20 years old when Crest Medical brought it to us. I called and verified this manufacture date with the manufacturer. I then called to speak with Mike Cobb, the owner of Crest Medical, to ask him NICELY if there was anything he was willing to do about that since the bed was so old when they issued it to us. He was horribly RUDE, UNWILLING, UNCARING, completely defensive and even said to me that he doubted the accuracy of the information regarding the manufacture date. EVEN THOUGH the serial number is ON THE BED and I called the manufacturer to verify it. I am completely astounded and disgusted by the lack of integrity this man has. I asked him if it was his mother that had been supplied a bed over 20 years old, how would he feel and what would he say to the company who provided the bed? He said "I would get the bed fixed if it was my mother". I asked him again what he would say to the company that provided it and he avoided the question and told me again that he doubted the manufacture date I had given him. REALLY? It's like catching someone red-handed - with clear video evidence - and they say, "that's not me - I didn't do it". What?!!?? He completely contradicted himself by saying that ALL the equipment they rent to own is used equipment (fine, but over 20 years old?), but then he said "I started my business 10 years ago, it's not possible for me to have a bed 20 years old". How stupid is he? He expects me to believe he didn't start his business with used equipment? He’s obviously completely money driven and would never even consider buying new equipment (clearly) and has no interest AT ALL in DOING THE RIGHT THING. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
