Went there yesterday and saw John to get a pretty drastic haircut. I had never gotten my hair cut with him but he reassured me that he had 10 years experience and it would be ok. I had really long hair but wanted something different. I had a picture that was about shoulder length and said I wanted my hair to look like the photo but maybe an inch longer since it was going to be such a change. I made it very clear I wanted him to ADD an inch to the length and it was very obvious I was a nervous wreck. Well I'm not sure if he just didn't care what I said or thought he knew better but he DID NOT even come close to adding length to the hair style that was in the photo. In fact, my hair is VERY OBVIOUSLY shorter than the photograph. On top of the hair cut being WAY too short I wanted some blonde tips on the end of my hair that looked a little ombré-ish. That cost $40 and when I got home I could barely even tell a difference. Certainly not a $40 difference. I have never been more devastated about my hair in my life. Needless to say I will NEVER go back or recommend them to anyone looking to get a haircut. All I have to say is if you want someone to listen to what you want DON'T GO THERE!
