This store gives the word horrible customer service a new meaning. Store manager and customer service on duty at 11:45 smiled & talked to each other, looked at customers like we were a bother. This store used to have employees that were great!! Does this manager have any managerial skills, I say no!! This store has gone downhill and i will not be going back. I work in the neighborhood, but I will drive further distance to get decent service. It is evident Family dollar no longer cares about how its customers are treated.
