The best place around. I am extremely picky and this place exceeded my expectations.

Some of the best Sushi I've had! Was visiting from Florida for business, a local associate recommended them, bragged that it was the best sushi they've ever had, I think they're onto something! We were there for lunch. Service was good, food was great! I hope I get another assigment in Birmingham, this will be my hangout!

The prices are a bit high. And For those who know what korean food is suppose to taste like, ginza doesn't met the standards. But where they lack in korean food skills, they make up in their sushi.

My husband and I have been to Ginza quite a lot. We love it. The spicy Gal-bi is to die for! They serve several sauces and a table full of accompaniments. The kimchi is a delicious and authentic family recipe. The sushi is the best we've had in Birmingham. Their Volcano roll is so yummy and melts in your mouth. If you haven't tried Ginza yet then try them soon. You will not regret it and I guarantee you will go back...again and again.

My fiancé and I had sushi and fried rice- a quick, inexpensive meal. Have to say it was the best sushi I've had! The place is really nice and clean, and everyone was very friendly. Everything was great, and we'll definitely go back!

I have only tried the sushi but it is very good!

Ginza is my favorite resturant in birmingham.

Just give it a try.. anything there.

Everything is good....try the katsucali (sp?) it is the best!
