I took my $375 dollar Tory Burch shoes here to get a rubber sole guard added since I work downtown and the leather soles were getting a lot of wear. When I went to pick them up there were gouges on the patent leather around the place where the shoe and sole meet. Chunks of the leather sole had been removed in patches and the sole patch was not adhered to the leather sole properly and was peeling away from the shoe. Glue was dried on the leather toe of the shoe. In short order, they were ruined. When I tried to explain that the work was not done in a professional manner and I was not satisfied, the woman behind the counter immediately raised her voice and began shouting at me. No apology at all. She offered a refund of $12 dollars as the only compensation, and could offer no valid explanation of what went wrong in the repair process. What kind of shop returns substandard work to their customers and then yells at them when they are unsatisfied? I will never take anything here again.
