I was so excited to use this company because they have such excellent reviews! However when I called, he said they are no longer in business. I am so disappointed!

I called many companies to discuss new siding for the entire home and Mike (Gray's Home Maintenance) was the company I chose to go with and boy did I get more than what I expected. My old siding did not have OSB board behind the warped masonite and woodpeckers continued to destroy my house. Mike tore down everything, installed OSB, house wrap and James Hardie siding and now have the best house on the street. Mike pays close attention to detail to ensure your home ends up better that you would ever expect. In my case he caulked every seam and under every board to keep bugs from getting in your home. Each of my neighbors talked to me about the job Mike and his crew were doing and they were amazed at what they saw. Finally there is a guy who does great work at a great price without all the hassle of large companies and salesmen that sell you something and forget about you. QUALITY CRAFTSMAN



This was a crew that did not rush the job, but made sure everything was done up to code or better (kinda like Mike Holmes from the tv show).

Mike's crew did a stand up job with an interior painting of my entire house. Lines are neat, enough coats to look right. Nice job. Mike stayed in contact with me throughout the process and we touched base on price along the way which I appreciated. I'd recommend his crew for fair work done right.

We had tornado damage and Mike and his crew did an excellent job of removing our old fencing around our pool. He then replace it with a six foot privacy fence. He replace the siding under our carport and installed new fans. He was willing to make changes and adjustments that we wanted as the job progressed. We would recommend Mike for any remodeling job.

We were very pleased with Gray's Home Maintenance work. They installed seamless gutters around a rental home we have. It looked great when they finished. We will keep his name and number for later work.

I contacted Mike Gray of Gray's Home Maintenance off of Craigslist. He drove 30 miles to my home for a free estimate. Gray's gave us a straightforward cost that was far less than other contractors. I checked their reviews and decided to give them the job. Gray's laid posts one day and finished pickets 1 by 1 in the next day and a half for 210 ft. of 6ft. privacy fencing. After the job was complete, they cleaned up the jobsite and didn't leave one bit of trash behind. They even reattached a gutter on the side of our home that had come unattached during the job. Gray's was efficient and reasonable. The fence looks absolutely immaculate and is completely level all the way around. I have had other fencing jobs done but until you have Gray's complete your fence you don't know what a good fence is supposed to look like. Highly Recommended!! Kenny and Lauren Denham, Pinson, AL

I would recommend Gray's Home Maintenance (and have already) to anyone needing gutters. Mr. Gray contacted me within minutes of my initial message. He told me when he would be out to give me an estimate and showed as promised. His price was very reasonable, he and his crew arrived when he said they would and were done sooner than he had initially quoted. The site was cleared of any debris and the work looks very good. I will be contacting Gray's for future projects in and around my home. hh

Mike and his associates performed a fairly extensive siding replacement on our home. They were always prompt, efficient and finished the job ahead of schedule. I would not hesitate to refer him to my best friend, or use his firm again.

Gray’s Home Maintenance was an excellent choice to have the interior of our home painted. All of their staff was very professional and courteous. Also, their services were an excellent value. I would highly their service to anyone needing work done on their home.

Quality Work, Very Knowledgable and Experienced. We initially contacted Mike (notice we call him by first name now) to repair our fascia and soffits. Soon after he completed that work and we noticed the quality of his work, we hired him to paint the entire exterior of our house. He did two coats of primer and two coats of paint. All handbrushed, no spray. He also used superpaint. Everything was done to our liking. Then we hired him to re-side our barn and add a deck on the side and brick to the bottom portion of the barn. Excellent Job. We have his number in our cell and will keep it handy for our next project! The crew always keeps the job site clean after each day of work. We will refer him to our closest friends and family. You will not be dissapointed!

Our house is 20+ years old and our kitchen and master bathroom cabinets needed to be painted. Our son suggested we contact Mike Gray since Mike had done some work for him. He worked around our schedule. They did a great job at a very good price. We are very happy with it and are planning t use his service again soon.

I was very please with Mike and his crew. They were able to come out the day I called and got the work done very quickly as well. They are very reasonable and able to cover different areas. I had them make a repair on the roof and to the air conditioner.

Mike and his crew did an excellent job repairing a privacy fence that was damaged in the recent storms. He was able to begin the job on short notice which helped us out tremendously (our dog has been boarded at the vet ever since the storm hit and tore down a large section of the fence). The quality of the work is superb. I would recommend Gray's Home Maintenance.

Grays Home Maintenance did a great job...We had some siding work repaired and presure washed the house and the driveway/walkway...Great price..best in town..and the crew was awesome...They are going to do some more work soon...Thanks Mike.

My wife and I had Mike come out and do a bunch of stuff - pressure wash drive, trim trees and bushes, clean gutters, wash windows, and lay down pine straw. Work was done on time and as specified. Will use again.

Mike was recommended to me by our realtor and he and his crew did a great job clearing underbrush, spreading pine straw and trimming all our bushes. They paid attention to details. We were very pleased with a job well done.

My wife and I had a grease fire recently, which caused some smoke damage to our kitchen ceilings and walls. When I called Gray's, they quickly came the same day, gave me a free estimate, and scheduled the painter to come in a couple days. Normally, I'd have to wait weeks on such service. His price was very reasonable, given the extensive work that needed to be done.

The painter did a fantastic job, and even fixed other issues in the kitchen for us. The smoke damage is gone, and the kitchen looks better then ever. I'd highly recommend Gray's to anyone!
