I have been bringing my pets to this clinic for 9 years. The Doctors and staff have always been exceeding nice and helpful. I would recommend this clinic and the groomer there to any of my friends for neighbors.

The staff and doctors are great. They were very helpful when my dog was sick.

i came from hoover just to have dr. grimmett look at my snake. he knew what he was talking about! great doctor!

was a fun visit. not many vets in this area will do lap spays! this was great!!

The front office staff is unfriendly and unwelcoming. I felt I was an inconvenience to them and their time. I will not be returning my dogs to their clinic.

I would not reccommend anyone bringing their animals to this clinic. The doctors there are nice and knowledgable, but putting up with their front office is not worth it. I was charged for a procedure I did not authorize and when questioning this procedure I was cursed at and told I could not get my dog back unless I paid for it. I asked to speak with the vet and he waived those charges, but when returning to pick up my dog I was told that the vet had left and that they again would not return my dog to me unless I paid for a test I did not ask for or have any knowledge that they were going to run. I am very dissatisfied with this clinic.
