I have a claim and the accident happened on April 8,2019. And my car were total and they paid half of the Amount that were due and were to send the rest .They did a stop payment on a check they sent and the check were in my account waiting on them to send the remaining to have my car fix . They did a stop payment on a check been in my account for at least 3 months and i still haven't got paid for the damage to my property and they want give you corporate phone number

Infinity Insurance, what can I say, I got hit by someone on 5/17/12, called to file a claim the following day, and since then I have not been helped AT ALL. My assigned agent Shane is giving me the run around, and has been telling me for weeks that unless I pay my deductible they can't really move forward, is that really how it works?? When he is not giving me the "I couldn't get a hold of so and so" speech, which he has been. And for the rest of 3 -4 times that I was able to talk to him by pressing 0 when the voice message prompts you to to he happens to pick up. I have been for the past 3 weeks and 1 day been dealing with this completely on my own. When he is busy dodging my calls and when the millions of messages I have left on his phone are left unanswered I have to end up doing all his work by providing him with the other drivers statement, providing him with numbers that the other insurance agency has given me. At this point the stupid guy who hit me insurance agent is answering all my questions and have been so helpful in so many ways. When I called the 800 number to complain I was transferred to Shane's supervisor Deborah, who I have left a handful of messages for has also not received a call back once. What the heck have I been paying for? I've been a policy holder for many years with no accidents or tickets... and the one time that I got into an accident that wasn't even my fault these Infinity insurance can't even pull through. :( My car is still not fixed and I am sure I have to continue to take matters in my own hands... because hey, it's my car and I want it fixed, all I expected is that my insurance would have taken it into their own hands especially since they have been gladly taken payment from my bank month after month...
