My husband spends a significant amount of money in this store, but our last 3 purchases have been enough to drive us elsewhere. He bought a sport coat just a few months ago which was so cheaply made literally every button has come off and I have had to stitch them back on. Frustrating, but ok. Then we bought a 3 piece suit which had to be tailored and the pants were tailored incorrectly. When he put on the pants for an event, they had been tailored way too small (this was the same day they were tailored-or fault for not making sure they were correct before leaving the store...but really, why should we have expected them to be ruined?) Most recently, he bought a pair of shoes. The heel BROKE OFF of the shoe and when he finally decided he was fed up and went into the store with the shoe to ask for a replacement, the extremely rude staff LAUGHED AT HIM and told him to go to a shoe store. They made no attempt to rectify anything and we spent over $100 on the shoes. At this point, I am finished. The poor quality of their over priced merchandise is disgusting. This place is a rip off with horrible customer service and we will be taking our business elsewhere.
