Our family has used Kim Lien for years. She has always done excellent work at a reasonable price. I highly recommend her.

Excellent service, polite, courteous, graceful, prompt.

Excellent! Very friendly and quality workmanship. Another shop on 280 ruined my formal dress and it was beyond repair. In fact, she was very rude when I asked her to fix it. Kim was so sweet and altered my dress perfectly and rushed it for me. Her pricing was the lowest I could find on 280 too! Best alterations shop in town to take your formal gowns and all your clothes for that matter!

Need an alteration done in the same day. Kim's was able to take care of my job and even was ready an hour and a half before scheldual.

Ruined my dress for my son's rehearsal dinner. Don't risk taking your clothes there.

I am highly disappointed in an alteration recently done. I tried them about a year ago when I had a pair of pants hemmed, and was disappointed then (too short). I got several recommendations to use them, however, so I thought I must have just caught them on a bad day. I decided to try them again to have my mother-of-the-bride dress hemmed, and I don't possibly know what they could have been thinking. They hemmed it far shorter than we agreed to. I was going to wear heels so the dress was to be right above the floor with my heels on. However, when I picked up the dress, they have cut and hemmed it to the bottom of my feet,, and now I need to wear flats. I am just sick about it, as it is now the week of the wedding and the dress has been cut off, so no reversal can be done. While they are extremely friendly & sweet, I will never use them again.
