needs improvement

I love the franchise but i have visited several locations and the food is not what it used to be...tonight my order was wrong and even though i told my order taker that he had me for too many items he did not listen so i ended up being overcharged for it...once i got my food and went home, i found the fries cold and hard.I am an assistant manager for Dairy Queen and know what old fries taste and look like and these for not fresh...Each time i have visited a franchise within the last month there is a pattern....the ordertaker doesn't listen to the order in the first place and they try to rush you so that they can get to the next customer, the order is wrong or not fresh at all....Even though this is the number one franchise in the nation, the service is not excellant and needs work.
