i dont know who this old man thinks he is down at pioneer but he is lucky that he hasnt been sued!!! i had a complaint because my furniture had not shown up yet after they promised me 2-3 weeks. that was fine i just wanted to know a date and he told me he didnt know because he wasnt the factory. so i asked him to call the factory and he said no. so i asked for a refund and he said there was no refunds for me to go home and he would call when the furniture came in. so i told him i would have my lawyer handle the situation. he said well thats just like a NI**ER. i couldnt believe it! plus their were more customers in there. everybody left. i will never be back!!!
