Provided by YP.comthe service at this nail salon was unbelievably rude. I went in to get my nails done and I told the man I wanted my nails to be one color, but he continued to paint them another color. I told him three separate times that what he was doing was wrong. he continued to ignore me, telling me that it would look better when he was done. when he finished, I told him again that he had painted my nails the wrong color. he got very furious with me, insisting that it was my fault and continuously complaining that it was going to take forever to redo my nails. then, he and another employee began talking about me in Vietnamese. a few minutes later, another customer sitting next to me was also about to get her nails done, and the employee who had messed my nails up spoke loudly enough to her so the whole salon (which was packed) could hear and told her to make sure she didn't pick the wrong color because he didn't want any more "mess ups". throughout all his rude complaints, there was another customer in the store who told the employee she had heard me tell him the color i wanted. when confronted about it, the employee denied that he talked about me, he denied that he was rude to me, and he denied that i continuously told him the actual color i wanted, and he also denied that another customer stuck up for me. he acted offended of being "accused" of such a thing. needless to say, I will never again pay money to this business. the employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. even after he did my nails for the second time, he still did not get the color right. so not only are they unprofessional and uncouth, but the actual service isn't worth the money either. i would not recommend this place to anyone. in fact, i strongly encourage anyone to NOT patronize this business.

Provided by YPmobileI gave my daughter a gift certificate for Christmas which apparently was a very big mistake! My daughter went to redeem her certificate this afternoon and was treated very rudely by the employees at the salon. She showed the employee the color she wanted as her nails were being prepped. A second employee came over to finish her nails and picked up the wrong color. My daughter attempted to correct him but he continued. My daughter told him 2 more times that he was using the wrong color. The employee told her that it was the correct color and it would look good when he was done. After he finished my daughter told him it was wrong. At this point he launched into a tirade on how MY DAUGHTER was wrong for not telling him sooner. At this point another customer in the salon spoke up and stated that she had heard my daughter say a different color. The employee re did my daughters nails while griping and complaining in his native language the entire time. Then, after he finished my daughter stood at the counter for over 15 minutes waiting to pay!! Needless to say I was one very unhappy parent and went to the salon to speak with the manager. The "manager" was the same person that had just been so rude to my daughter. The manager told me that it was all my daughter's fault and that SHE had cost them money because they had to redo her nails. The manager's wife then took over a denied that they had been talking about my daughter in front of her and continued to blame her for the mistake and then became rude to me. I will never again patronize this business nor will my daughter. You should do so at the risk of being treated rudely and given bad service!!
