Provided by YPmobileDr. Tapscott performed my surgery on an umbilical hernia & did a perfect job! This was my 2nd surgery 4 this (he did not do 1st surgery which was not so good) & my last! Thanks to Dr. Tapscott & his staff for treating me so good!
