I've been using this place since it opened and everything was fine until today. My driver side mirror was bent forward too far and it broke the internal controls to adjust the side mirror. I figured they couldn't pay for the repair cost and just asked if they could compensate me for my loss with 10 complimentary base car washes. The manager said no, not even five or just one complimentary washes. I was given the owner or higher level manager's name and number, Tom at 205-541-2243. He said the same. I get that there is risk, but if they know that their machine/process damages a car, sure seems fair and reasonable to not pay for the repair, but give a car wash - so little cost to them - to indicate they care and are sorry that they tore up my car.
