As a 20+ year resident of Forestdale, I feel I can give a fairly accurate account of the services. The customer service has been good. The postal workers in the post office are great. They are so helpful, comedic, and friendly. But, on the other hand, the delivery service is consistently lacking. My address and my around the corner neighbor share the same number address but different street address. However, we continue to get each others mail one, two, or more pieces per week. We have both complained down through the years, to no permanent avail. Sometimes I must reorder phone bills, powerr bills, dept store bills, etc. We even redeliver each others mail to each other,and have opened each others mail inadverently. Please, read this and STOP the inconvenience.
