Indian Springs replaced Waste Management with this company, big mistake not good customer service. Garbage truck did damage to my property in October and it took forever to get a response. They drove up onto my yard and left deep tire groves (move than one time) each week when they picked up the trash. My trash is left on road, but they use my drive for a turn around. The manager promised they would fix the yard back the way it was, well in April they finally came out and poured some soil (bagged) in the groves did not fix damage area back the way it was before the truck damaged my property. Their damage control person was not accompanying at all. I wish we had WM once again.

Shelby County Commission replaced Waste Management with this company. What a terrible decision. This company does not answer calls or respond to emails sent to their corporate web site. I have tried for many days to call them. Usually just a busy signal. On one occassion I got through to the answering machine and held for one hour without ever talking to anyone.
