Yes, the customer service is not the best....but the LOW LOW prices make this bearable. They had items that I payed way to much for at other boutiques for $1!

customer service is a must in todays world and the way things are going the only way you can keep your business afloat is to provide excellent customer service and THIS PLACE I WILL NOT PATRONIZE EVER AGAIN the yelling at customers is waaaay too much and not needed!
