I ordered a "Sigma Woman" bodysuit from Zion's Greek boutique. The website was very appealing, the clothing appeared to be quality, etc. Once I paid, I was sent an email confirming my order, then another saying that it would take approximately 7-14 business days to receive my order because apparently, all of the merchandise is made-to-order. I emailed them about 2 weeks later (not including business days) saying that I had not received any updates on my order and that I was starting to contemplate a refund. They responded saying that they were still within the shipping time period of 7-14 business days and that it was too late to cancel my order. That was fine. But once received on the October 19 (I placed my order on October 1st), the bodysuit seemed to be decent quality. I wore it for about 3 hours, took it off only to find that the seam had come apart and that the stitching was faulty. I emailed them with pictures and my concern for a replacement or a refund. Adrian responded with the email addressed to an Ashley (my name is not Ashley, my full name is my whole email address, and I'd ended my previous emails to the with my full name), and told me to resend with with return postage paid that they would refund later and send me a new garment, or that I could refuse the package and resend it within 2 business days. At this point I felt insulted because they couldn't even get my name right, then they would have me pay for return postage instead of just refunding me my money for a defective garment (that was supposedly made to order, so I would imagine closer attention should've been paid to the quality), and the garment took 3 extra days to ship to me from a city that is only 2 hours away from where I live. Zion apologized for the name incident and said they would place another garment in production line for me, but I'm tired of dealing with such a slow company with subpar customer service and low quality clothing. This company needs to make improvements.

Had a tremendous experience with Zion's Greek Boutique. I went to their website online to find some custom shirts for my fraternity and the services was fast, simple, and personal. Would highly recommend using them for Greek apparell, T-Shirt, or screen printing needs.
