Lets start with how easy it was for me to make an appointment. Great scheduling staff. Kind and welcoming. When I arrived Jim came out to greet me in the lobby. We sat down to access my gems. Let me tell you Jim knows his stuff! It wasn't some "this is the value have a nice day" outfit. Jim took the time to explain to me what he was looking for, why he was looking for it, and how it affected the value. I left out of there with not only the appraisal I was seeking but added knowledge that will continue to pay for its self. I would highly recommend Jim and his staff. They were worth the 90 mile round trip for me.
