Terrible customer service. Placed an order on November 11 , 2010 and still haven't received it. They have given me the run around for weeks, promised tracking numbers and over night delivery until I'm exhausted.

Incompetence is a way of life for these people.

I have literally spoken to every person at the Rockford and Plymouth stores in the last month. No one cares at all about the customer. They seem to think that delivery of their merchandise is optional and can't understand why someone would be upset when they haven't received an order after almost a month.

Hint: If you want to order from them for Christmas, get the order in in April or May and pray that they can deliver.

They are named appropriately "Old World", since they appear to be delivering their products by Rickshaw or Chariot.

Honestly, if you are looking for a good olive oil, a pure olive oil - go to http://www.carothersoliveoil.com. Look no further. the best olive oil around. Or call, 810-715-9748 and I will fix you right up. It is my experience that I get an order, I ship it out within 2 days (often same day) and you get it 3 business days later!
