Kudos to James Cavazos owner of Synergies Tech for outstanding computer repair service! His honesty and integrity are only equaled by his knowledge and skill. He is a personable young man who has a great deal of patience in explaining technology to those who don’t have his expertise. I particularly appreciated him upon returning from the Peace Corps 3 years ago with a computer that had suffered the electrical woes of a developing country. After he gave my laptop a tune-up, it ran like a new computer. Over these past years I have returned for many different reasons for such things as increased memory, free security programs, advice on which computer is the most reliable, and a 39 virus attack. His service is prompt, his charges reasonable, and his advice is wonderful. When I mentioned that I was thinking of buying a new laptop since my current computer is 6 years old, James responded he has 10 year old computers that are running fine. He said long as my computer was doing what I needed it to do there was no need to buy a new one. He made me very happy. Oh, and just one more thing, after James services your computer if any questions or concerns arise, he is always accessible and HELPFUL ANYTIME.
