This is THE worst Burger King in the area. I suggest going to the one in Sierra Vista instead or just straight up eating somewhere else. The cashier was extremely rude and rejected our coupons (which were valid and had not expired) because we "didn't give them to her fast enough." We hadn't even paid at that point. She then ran my fiance's card for the amount and even though he had enough on his card (he opened up his bank on an app on his phone to check, even), it didn't run. I figured nothing big was going on, so I offered to cover the remaining 5.75$ on my debit card, but was repeatedly told that 'credit cards' weren't allowed and that we had to go get the remainder from an ATM "with EXACT change." There weren't any signs anywhere saying they had a problem accepting credit/debit, but I held my tongue. Anyway, I've worked enough fast food to know they could've re-entered the order with a manager override or something and just let me pay for the whole thing without any further issues, but this was apparently too complex of a concept for this establishment, which insisted that my fiance pull five dollars out of thin air (with exact change) and pay for the rest of it. When he was unable to do so, we politely left our uneaten/untouched food on the counter with the receipt and explained the situation to the cashier, who then rudely gestured at their manager to tell them we were walking out. A few days later, we found out they kept my fiance's money and had to have the bank dispute the charge. Overall: They suck, but the food looked edible.

The service is very slow. The customer definitely does NOT come first.
