Sierra Lifeflight provides emergent air ambulance transportation in the eastern side of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. Our corporate base of operations is located in Bishop California at the Eastern Sierra Regional Airport. We operate two fixed wing aircraft capable of speeds over 300 miles per hour. Sierra Lifeflight services the hospitals in Bishop, Mammoth, and Lone Pine California. Since our inception in 1993 Sierra Lifeflight has strived to provide the best emergent medical transportation, in the safest environment. Each flight has an EMS Pilot, Flight Registered Nurse, and Flight Paramedic. Each crewmember is carefully screened, and provided with specialty training to work in the air-ambulance environment.
