I used them for property management, in the past. This was a mistake. The company was aware the tenants damaged the interior, in the home, but did not address this. An agent allowed the tenants to remain in the property. Moreover, they were delinquent with the rent. In a nutshell, the interior of the property was destroyed, basically. The agent attempted to make shady repairs in the home. For example, holes were in the walls and the contractor covered them with plastic sheeting and paneling. The home was not habitable, at all. However, the agent secured a deposit and tried to rent the home to someone else. I told her the home could not be rented. The house was unfit for a dog, because of the entire damage. This company has questionable business practices and seems to be over enmeshed with the tenants. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.....PLEASE THINK TWICE.

Alexs Realty had a house that we were looking at, but we were unable to get in touch with anybody. We called the business several times a day for several days but we could not get a straight answer to any of our questions. Most of the time, we were even unable to speak to anybody but the secretary. The agent we were working with gave us her cell phone number, but she would not answer the calls, and would not return a message. Most of the agents were out of the office for the day by 3:00. We were eventually forced to go to another realtor to find out any information about the house.
