I have been extremely satisfied with the service. They are always very concerned about not hurting me and always go above and beyond when doing different things with my nails. Not once I have every had a bad experience here. I have followed my manicurist wherever she has gone and she has now taken over this locations. Exceptional service -- absolutely no complaints from me. Susan (Jackie)

I always have a great experience, there is little conversation, which is fine, I'm there to relax, I talk to people all day long. Only had one bad pedi (she didn't give me the best one, only basic) but never painful, I've never had to wait!

Most painful experience. . I went in to get my toes done. I was paying $40 for acrylic nails. The person doing it made my toes bleed. Asked me if I wanted a pedicure done asked how much more it would be they said $5.00 more but when I went to pay the person said $25.00 more. I said you told me $5.00. But had to pay the extra $25.00 Not cool. Still in pain hours later.

I agree that if you are repeat customer they are good to you. I have been going there since 2011 & my experience has always been awsome. My nails have also always turned out perfect or better than expected. You just need to be polite & cummunicate with the manicurist & you will always have a god experience. Remember it depends on YOUR additude.

If you are looking for a painful pedicure that lasts 8 minutes, with rude, unprofessional service, then look no further!!!! They rushed through the pedi and when I questioned why it only took 8 minutes from start to finish, she got extremely defensive, told me we had been there for 20 minutes and then started yelling about me to the other workers - in front of my daughter and mom. Of course she was yelling in her language so we have no idea what she was saying, but her tone and body language made it obvious she was not saying nice things. So disappointing - took my mom and daughters out for what was supposed to be a relaxing girls day out and came home steaming mad!! THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!!! One star is too generous.

Terrible experience.

My wife and I went there on our anniversary for a couple manicure and pedicure, it was horrible. The place was even crowded and we had to wait for 30 minutes. We just holding hands and smile because we did not want to create a scene. After sitting down, our manicurists go back and forth to try to finish other customers that they started earlier. Also sneak in back room to finish eating! Very unprofessional. They cut my wife's skin and she bled, did not even say sorry or showed any concerns, just clean it up and continued. They also talked about us in their own language, guest not about nice things. They put on the wrong colors for my wife and insisted that was the color my wife chose. Lucky for me, I just had clear!

Don't waste your time and your money here. We never came back.

I enjoy this salon! The owners are very good to repeat customers. I have been coming here since it opened. Very cool location as well. As long as you communicate with the professional and you understand one another... your nails will turn out! Only first timers have bad experiences.

Horrible experience. My nails had horribly noticeable bubbles all over and my friends nails started coming off not even a week later! Don't recommend this place to anyone.

Worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. The job they did on my nails was horrible and they over charged me. When I showed them the nails I wanted they said okay then did something completely different and charged me for it after I said I didn't want them done like they were doing them. Horrible service first and last time going there. DONT go there for your nails.
