I will never recommend them to a friend

After buying a car from them, a recall came out for the car. We took the car and letter from GM to the dealer and they, like the letter, said it was covered. 5 min after leaving, we got a call saying that THIS specific car is not covered.
After calling GM, we found out that yes, it is covered. I am not sure if they just don't know how to do their jobs or if they are too cheap to do a repair free of charge. Whatever the reason, like the recommendation from GM, we will be taking our cars to Ressler GM for any repairs and to do any other business. We recommend you do the same.
