So much for Turrito's mission to go the extra mile and provide the best service possible or accommodate your needs to the best of their abilities.

Except when it came down to compensating me for ruining my $300.00 Down Comforter, all of these things were no where to be seen. I picked up my dry cleaning and not only did it smell like someone had ordered a dozen hamburgers while they cleaned it, they ripped a whole across the entire bottom of the comforter. More than half of the Down Feathers have been lost and they attempted to sew it back up. The sew job was done very poorly, not only is it a huge eye sore, but they did not even finish sewing the hole up, so the feathers are still pouring out of it. To top it off, after 6 phone calls later, I finally tracked the owner down myself and he told me they aren't responsible for the damages that their machines cause. He said that the blanket was made with cheap material and to prove it to me he literally ripped another hole in the blanket right in front of me!!!!!!! and proceeded to tell me to do it myself so I could "understand" how cheap the material was. He also made it an appoint to tell me that this blanket was not worth replacing because it was not new and that he has washed it three times for us. Except that this was a new blanket and he has only washed it twice.

I am extremely disappointed with how they handle business. The very first time I dropped this blanket off, I spoke to the female working and expressed my concerns for leaving my expensive comforter for cleaning and she stated that if it was damaged or ruined they would compensate up to 75% of the comforters value. Apparently that is not the case. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. The simple fact that they did not have the common decency to call me and tell me they damaged the blanket and that they would fix it, is baffling. I can't believe they won't except responsibility for the damages they caused. They will never get my business again.
