My husband and I went to chilis at 9:30 for drinks and appetizers. While our waitress was great our appetizers were not. Our salsa was basically colored water with no taste. We ordered something else it wasn't much better. My suggestion is don't go after 9:00. We felt the kitchen staff was serving bad food on purpose in order to clear the Restraunt. I felt bad for our waitress.

I recently visited this particular Chili's with my family. Let me start by saying the service was exceptional, the manager (Tasha Stout) was incredibly friendly, professional and funny. She visited my table and made us feel especially welcome. The food was fantastic, everything was cooked perfectly, and was fast. I was very, very happy with my experience there, and I'll be back, without a doubt.
