The worst place ever! Clarence the swim director is a liar. Cancels classes, doesn't call to inform that classes are off, changes schedule at last minute, lies to your face. I will never go there again. Ever!!!!

The facility itself isn't bad, it's got everything you need to get a good workout in and the other members and areobics instructors are great. However, the daytime (male) receptionist is unfriendly and unhelpful and management is lacking, to say the least. I feel hasseled and harassed by the receptionist and get the impression from management that they're unwilling to address the situation. Other members have expressed similar concerns, and its dissapointing because this is an otherwise good gym with otherwise awesome employees.
