please do not buy from these crooks
I bought from them a big order of parst for my new cell phone repair store 95% was bad, defect, old ,refurbish parts that been return to them before.
the last straw was when I bought from, them lcd for Lumia 820
after we received the screen it was defective , I called them and they promised to send me a new one I waited 5 days and then called again to see where is the part the guy told me " we will not going to send you new one until you send us the old one "
only after I spoke with Jordan the manager in the company they send me new part
like I expected the new part was also defective
I decided not to wait any more and bought a new part from eBay that was working great.
I called wholesale gadget and they told me to send them the 2 defective lcds and they will refund me .
2 days later I send them the parts and 2 weeks after I received an email that said they were not going to refund me because they didn't get the parts
I called again and gave them the tracking number that show they received the part 2 days later
the guy in the customer service told me he will check it out and take care of it.
I waited another few days and then I got call from Jordan he said he is not going to refund us because they received only 1 lcd and not 2
I tried to explained him I send 2 lcds and not one but he didn't care
its was my word against them didn't matter what I try to say he didn't care
after the conversation with Jordan I went and wrote a bad review on them
2 days after I received phone called from Jordan offering me to get my money back if I will remove my bad review
I told him it wasn't going to happen
it shows you guys how bad and crooked this company is
please save your money and buy from a different place if you don't want to end with defective parts or like me no part at all and no money

I wish I could rate this company zero stars. Send me the wrong part, and now not even getting refunded. Save your money and order from anyone else. This company is built on lies. Read other reviews online and you will see that this is a dishonest company built on preying on the weak. Customers are victims in this. No matter what you won't win. I have been getting the run around for months now, and now they're claiming its passed the statue of limitations. save yourself the drama and order parts from another reliable honest company.
