We left our Dogs at Your pet hospital for our vacation and eight days after our return our 10 year old GSP came down with kennel cough. We took him to our vet and then quickly called them to inform them he was very ill. They didn't offer to even pay part of the office visit or medication costs. I was actually told " well that's what happens with dogs." So I would advise against using this kennel because kennel cough can be avoided by a clean kennel.

Even if this is the only place open.. Do not go here. The staff has no idea what they are doing. My dog, Walter, had an upset stomach and bloody diarrhea. I had to take him somewhere and I regret ever taking him here at Your pet hospital. First, they couldn't hold Walter still enough to take his temperature (he's not a big dog) then they gave me an estimate on what they needed to do according to the condition he is in. I signed the paper saying what all they were going to do and how much it would cost. They took my boy in to the back room and did everything out of my site. They eventually came back and said they couldn't get a stool sample so I took him outside and he produced one. The staff then went outside to get it and I had to wait 30 minutes for the results. The staff then came to tell me they needed to do more tests and took him in the back room once more. After they came back out again, it had been another 30 minutes. Now it was time to pay. They never told me how much the extra tests were going to be. Before they told me the total amount the desk clerk said that I was the only customer of the day. They charged me over $300.00 for things I didn't even see them do.. I was livid but, I paid. So, if you don't want to waste your time and hard earned cash I highly recommend going somewhere else.
