I Think it's the best RV park in Black Canyon City , The owner is a very kind and sweet , she is a new owner approx. 12 years ago .

My husband and I stayed there for 3 yrs..We did not want to leave..It was truly a home away from home..Our landlady Debbie is a sweet and kind person.and will do anything for you..IT is also a beautiful place to stay,,Its got orange trees,lemon trees,that are there for the pickin..I would gladly go back anytime

he owner of this park is a lunatic who goes postal at the drop of a hat. She is known to evict tenants at will. She does not allow smoking ANYWERE in the park, not even INSIDE OF YOUR OWN TRAILER! The rent is higher than the park next door and doesn't have any amenities. (The park next door is cheaper and has a clubhouse). If you're smart, YOU'LL STAY AWAY FROM THIS PARK and find somewhere nice that isn't run like a Nazi death camp.
