I deal with this business on a business and private level quite frequently. However, this Saturday was the first I went in with my wife. My wife walked in about 20 steps behind me . She is a Brazilian woman, that is quite often mistaken for a native American. The cashier immediately singled her out, and demanded that she leave her purse in the car because they have had too many thefts in the store. Other women in the store had purses. I confronted the cashier, and also demanded to see the manager /owner, but she said she was the manager/owner, which I know as a lie. One of customers tried to defend the cashiers racist discrimination, Great Falls is full of anti native American bigots that think all "native" looking people are thieves, but he backed off when he got closer, and realized my actual physical size and anger over the blatant discrimination against my wife.
The store selection is good, the blatant open racism is outrageous. This racist store needs avoided.
