We live on the river and have a huge lead spurge problem, and a variety of other weeds. I called on a Monday afternoon and a very pleasant gentleman came out the very next day. By Friday, our place was sprayed. I can't say enough about their friendliness, and prompt responses. They were also much more reasonable than anyone else with whom we had previously dealt. Thank you Greenup!

Called for an estimate and 7 days later had not received a call back. When I called them back I suggested they let people know that it could take a week+ to receive a call bac if they were back logged.. The lady was less than cordial informing me she normally does. Guess she just forgot to inform me.

I along with other neighbors have had issues with Greenup. Often they do not honor the warranty without a serious argument. I am currently waiting for issues to be take care of; thus far it has been a two week wait. I was told it would be a week.I have noticed the work is below par, the sprinklers do not give the coverage one would expect and the workmanship is shoddy. Many of my neighbors feel the same way. Several months ago one replaced every tree in his lawn at his own expense because he is tired of the run around given by Greenup. The trees are still flourishing, not at all like the ones Greenup planted. Another neighbor has a sinkhole in his backyard due to a leak which was caused by shoddy workmanship.Another neighbor has had trees replaced multiple times (7).They will attempt to tell you the issue is not caused by XXX, they will say it is something else or that it is the owners fault and try not to cover it under warranty. Educate yourself and get a second opinion. Don’t let this company ignore you or try to tell you it is your fault there is an issue.The company hires college students to save money and does very little training. I was under the impression the sprinkler system should be installed below the frost line, mine is below the sod, not at all deep enough. I still have warranty time; I will not use Greenup ever again. Ask around, their reputation is terrible, their work is shoddy at best, and the customer service is useless. I don’t anticipate them being around for more than a few years.Goodbye Greenup

we winterized the owners sprinkler system, call the woner @ 8:30 pm that he had a problem with water for his horses, which he did something to, then said he desided he wanted to leave the sprinklers on so we turned them back on. He was told to call us back when he wanted the sprinklers turned off and never called back even after the office called him back. I like how it was our fault he didn't want to pay for a service when he calls. I don't think I could take my turck to his dealership and not pay for work. this is not how we Do Business.

I had them repair some sprinkler issues for me. They did an excellent job and charged a very reasonable price. However, their lawn spraying quality leaves much to be desired. Whatever their using, it is weak and ineffectual. I'm looking for a different spraying service.

I had green up plant some trees run a waterline and winterize a sprinkler system last year. When the young man came to winterize he got his truck stuck and tore up my driveway and did not finish the job. I had another company do the work. Green Up billed me anyway. After calling several times to stop the billing I gave up and just paid twice for the same job. I have returned check and they still have me turned in for collections. Two of the trees are dead and under warranty. They said they would come out but never have. I also spent sever hundred dollars repairing damage from the water line.

They did a patio, irriagtion and landscaped our yard and did a great job. Crew was hard working and curtious to us, and kept a clean work area.
