My first experience with this cleaners was not a good one and needless to say, I wont be going back. As i approached the front desk with my 10 items in tow, I waited at least 4 minutes for the woman to come up to the front, however, she was on the phone when she finally came out. I patiently waited, but after 8 minutes went by, I noticed that this was a personal phone call. As she talked about the weather and her current head cold, she periodically would look up and hold her finger up to let me know it would be a moment longer. I finally said, maam, I am in a hurry. I gave her my coupons and told her that this was my first time coming, as they came highly recommended by my aunt. She gave me my receipt, but was not able to tell me how much my total would be until i picked up, which was just obsurd to me. I arrived last saturday to pick up my things and as i briefly skimmed through my items, i noticed that my sweaters still had massive lent build up on the sleeves. When i brought this to the same womans attention, i was told that they have no machine remove the little balls from my sweater, it is done by hand. I left 2 sweaters there to be redone. Today, as i sit at work, wearing another sweater that was in the bunch that i apparently overlooked, am now picking off hundreds of lent balls that were totally ignored, which leads me to believe that the sweaters were not cleaned at all. I spent almost $40 for my dry cleaning and felt like it was a total waste. I will be picking up my other items tomorrow and never going back! Oh, did i mention that there were still spots on my sweaters? Sad, but true. Signed, Very disappointed potential customer : (

Dropped of suit on Wed. 12/7/11 (for Funeral) for pick up on Thursday 12/8/11. They said they would call as soon as it arrived back from their vendor they use that cleans suits. No call until Monday 12/12/11 & funeral was already over. They said no deliveries from vendor on Mondays. They called back Tuesday 12/13/11 & wanted to know if I had picked up my suit already? Huh..... Anyway, I told them I needed it asap because I had already booked another flight & had to leave. They said their computer was still showing the suit was stil at their vendor. I told them I would just have my attorney pick it up as I was going out of town. They called back 40 minutes later & said the suit was ready for pick up.



Upon arrival I was told that my suit had been there all this time!! I guess by them telling me there was "no charge" they are expecting me back. NO!!
