Red Moon Herbs very clearly advertises a 90-day 100% satisfaction guarantee on their website in their terms and conditions, plus a 30-day return policy.

I needed to return an item for a refund since I was not satisfied but Red Moon Herbs not only refuses to accept my return request but also refuses to honor their 100% satisfaction guarantee. Now they ignore my messages asking them to address their satisfaction guarantee policy. For the sake of a $17 order, they think its smarter to create an unhappy customer and a bad reputation. A company that is prepared to totally disregard their terms and conditions is obviously operating a shady business.

This seller is not to be trusted! Terms and Conditions must be honored if a good reputation is to be maintained.
