I scheduled an appointment for a simple knock sensor replacement and an oil change. Something that takes about 1.5 hours TOPS. I walk in and the first problem was that they confused me with a different customer and tried charging me for a NYS inspection. They admitted their mistake and fixed the paperwork. No harm/no foul. THEN, I patiently sat down and waited after signing the estimate. They put my car on the jack stand and it basically sat there for a hot minute. The (only) mechanic then started working on other cars while mine was just sitting there. All the while the clerks are telling me "oh it'll just be another 20 minutes." And "Oh I'm so sorry for the wait, it'll probably be another 30 min." After 2 hours, I decide to walk to the gas station to eat lunch, thinking it'll be done soon. I come back, the female clerk tells me "oh he's having trouble cause the bolts are too rusted." An hour later, the new clerk tells me, "well we're bringing our star mechanic out here to help this other guy." Another hour later, "well heres the thing, the other guy broke that little plastic manifold thing and your car can't run unless that's sealed. The part needs to be ordered too sooo..." Then he said, "So we're applying apoxy to seal it, then we'll wait for it to dry." (Unfortunately someone got fired for that from what I'm told). Another 40 min or so, "ok so it's not working, we gotta get something else to seal it." 20 min later, "they brought the wrong stuff so you gotta wait longer, sORrY!!!" Now I'm here STILL in the waiting room, SEVEN HOURS AND 23 MINUTES LATER, waiting on this to get fixed.

TLDR: I scheduled an appt for a knock sensor and an oil change. It was supposed to take 1.5 hours max, it's been over 7 hours and I'm still here waiting. Someone was fired for incompetence/insubordination. DO NOT COME HERE. The new guy they hired has a twinkle in his eye and wants to make the place better but I give it 3 months before his spirit is broken. 0/10 experience.

I took my car there for the first time in fall of 2011, I had already taken it to 3other repair shops and spent over $2300, and the problem was still not fixed. I seen Get R Done on the news one morning, and my neighbor was his realtor, so I thought, I'll give them a shot. I took my car there, and it was fixed the same day, and the problem was corrected and was at a very reasonable cost. I was also told I needed a new oil pan, took it there, they said absolutely not. Glad I didn't spend $300 on that! We take both our vehicles to them now, and they fix it right the first time, and guarantee their work 100% and for a lifetime. All at a very reasonable cost. I can't say enough GREAT things about them. And if they find something wrong other than what I took t there for, they call me and give me a quote on what it would cost to fix. They are just AWESOME there, very friendly and take great care of you!

Being new to the area and a soldier on Ft drum I took my 2004 Cadillac Deville to a repair center off Bradley St In Watertown to have my rear main seal replaced. In order to do this they had to remove my vehicles subframe. They then informed me they could nor figure out how to puy it back together. I called several repair shops explained what had been done and no one would touch it as it was in pieces!! I reached Get R Done through the phone book and process of elimination. They agreed to re assemble my car and I had to have two wreckers tow all the parts and subframe there. They fixed it perfect in two days and were fair on the price although I would of paid anything at that point. I will always use them and highly recomend them to everyone reading this review I have pictures of my car in pieces and still cant believe it!!
