Provided by YP.comWe have used the service department at 20th Century Ford for nearly 20 years now and they have always been fair and honest with us but today they really outdid themselves. My son snuck his guinea pig into my truck and it got caught under the passenger seat. Not only did they get my truck in immediately to remove the seat and remove the guinea pig unharmed but they did so in a wonderfully caring and compassionate manner. Thank you to everyone involved.
