Horrible customer service, I would not recommend storing your property with these people, they will not notify you of any problems with your account until 1 week before they threaten to auction your belongings cut your lock and after they have applied as many penalties as they can against you, it does not matter how long you have been with them, what error or mistake occured, the owners are completely unprofessional and ignorant there are several other storage facilities in town I would recomend useing one of them
