I bought a car (Audi A4) from Brian's shop that was in terrific condition. At the time of sale he told me that although the sale is "as is" he does stand behind what he sells and services. I bought it in the fall and was thrilled with it until winter. Neither he or I checked the heat in the car at the time of purchase as it was too warm. As it turns out the heat was not functioning. I brought it back to the shop and he and his team began to work the problem. It was an extensive investigation that required discussion with Audi dealers and other shops. While they had encountered the problem before (the root cause is material clogging the core) their solutions were expensive and involved replacing the heater core. Such a job requires removing the entire dashboard to access the core. After 3 attempts Brian and his team could not solve it but they were determined to. On the fourth try they developed tools and a procedure to clean the entire coolant system while still in the car. The process worked! Even during the arctic vortex! Now they are sharing their success with other shops in the area. I would not hesitate to have my vehicles serviced there or to buy a car from them again. I found them to be honest, straightforward and fair. I strongly recommend them!
