I would recommend Mr. Painter for a lawyer. He is Courteous and Polite. I had a charge in Montgomery County Circuit court for a Felony. With his help as my lawyer I beat the charge. He really looked into all of the pros and cons and explained everything very good to me. I WOULD RECOMMEND JOE PAINTER.

He's definitely the best of the best !! I would highly recommend him to anyone who are in trouble, especially for those who live in Montgomery County(blacksburg area) where is his home ground. He enjoys being a lawyer and likes to meet people including clients, law enforcement and distric attorney, not to mention his expertise in law.

Probably the best criminal lawyer in the New River Valley. He genuninally cares for his clients. I would highly recomment Joe Painter in you're in trouble and need an attorney who knows the law and his client's rights.
