I have lived in Sturbridge for the past four years. Since coming under new management, Sturbridge has worked diligently and efficiently to turn their reputation around. I stuck with Sturbridge because of the awesome location (right next to a 24/7 Kroger and right on two bus lines) and super cheap rent even though the place used to be a bit "sketchy".



Sticking with them has really paid off. New management is remodeling every unit and putting in vinyl wood floors, new carpet, new paint, etc. and the place is still one of the cheapest apartment complexes in Blacksburg! The bad reviews online of this place from a couple years back used to be totally and completely true, but I cannot stress enough how much this place has turned around.



It's quiet, has a recently renovated pool, a new basketball court, and I never struggle to find a parking space right next to my townhouse. They always listen to suggestions I have for improving the apartment complex and everyone in the office is fast and friendly. While the maintenance crew years ago used to simply not show up when there was a problem, the current crew is there right away and fixes the problem that day.



It's a fantastic, cheap, spacious place to be!
