It's always a blast to go back to the Tech Bookstore. Older alums will rememeber it as the location of the Kroger Supermarket in the 1960s and 1970s. Staff is always helpful and will lead you to what you are looking for....the selection of "Hokie stuff" is mind-boggling. The rewards program that kicks in when you buy $150 of stuff is a nice extra. Love the "Hokie Bird" statue out front. Most of us make substantial donations to the University so the fact that we bypass the University bookstore should not be cause for a guilt trip. Friends from other schools should stop in to get a feel for "Hokie Culture"
